The summer holidays are upon us and we have a fantastic range of activities to keep you and the children entertained, including duck racing, ferret racing, pond-dipping and tractor rides, as well as our brand new Wings of Africa demonstration at 11.30am. The little ones can let off steam in the adventure play area or by dashing around the grounds to hunt for the raptor stamps and golden eggs. Go to our website to see our daily schedule of activities.
You will also have the opportunity to be a part of one of our very popular displays. The Trust offers three displays each day, and during the summer holidays the Sarson Falconer display allows visitors who wish to take part to perform a re-enactment of medieval village life in our beautiful wildflower meadow.
This summer, we also have an art exhibition in Feathers Restaurant. ‘Edge of Wild’ includes work from ten wildlife artists and will be on show until 6 September.
Bring the family to the Hawk Conservancy Trust for a day in the country; to have fun, to learn, to be inspired and to be amazed!
